You can take the Q25, Q17, Q65, Q66, Q19, Q50 to Main Street and Roosevelt where you can take the Q12/Q15/Q15A to 147th Street. 

You can take the LIRR to the Murray Hill station and walk to 147th and Barclay Ave.
